Hello

At the time of writing Nobody Believes Crazy, Will Morro had been through the ringer dealing with bipolar 1 disorder. Having been diagnosed early in college, most of Will's college career, or at least the remnants of a normal one, were stripped away from him. He still graduated with a degree in Sociology, but lost out on building many new relationships and struggled to achieve passing scores. Will fought for his life back and continued to meet the right people along his path. Will is self-reflective person that tends to live heavily in the present.

My Story

image1_edited.jpg

Nobody Believes Crazy takes the reader on Will's journey since college dealing his diagnosis of bipolar 1 disorder and the life that developed. His story is recalled through stream of consciousness writing as he puts on paper what he went through in his time while navigating the world of bipolar disorder. The story was written in as little as six weeks but took years of sorting; Will organized his thoughts while putting 200,000 miles on his Nissan Juke. Like many readers will attest, mania is a difficult part of the disease that can take a lifetime if not longer to sort out. In this mid-life memoir Will takes a stab at piecing together the chaos that often drives the story.

"Sorting out my mind in this book prepared me for the psychosis I had to endure later in life". -author, Will Morro.

Will wrote this book with one person in mind. It is a very personal look into his life with an audience of one. The road to publishing this book afforded Will the ability to reach that audience. With arguably the right intentions Will found solace in the act of writing as a form of therapy. It has helped him compartmentalize and forget the past, which with inexplicable mania, can be easy to dwell on and oftentimes can lead to exacerbated mental health problems.
