My Mission
My mission is to normalize the struggle of people dealing with bipolar 1 disorder. Through my own writings and through my attempts to tell my story to the people I come across and by asserting my relevance in the conversation as a person living with bipolar disorder, I plan on shedding light on the issues people with mental illness live with. I urge others to break the silence in their lives, and encourage our stories be shared and acknowledged.
